The micro spray jets can be threaded into the right size hole. If the hole is too big you can use a food grade silicon sealant to glue them. You can also use Teflon plumbers tape if needed, which will make removal easier if the spray jets need to be cleaned or unclogged.
The poly-cut off nipple can easily be cut to size with a sharp blade or by carefully using PVC pipe cutters. The top of the manifold should be a few inches below the bottom of your net cups. In most cases the Poly cut off nipple will not need to be cut.
The PVC tee and end caps should fit tightly enough that gluing is not necessary. If you do need to glue, I do not recommend using PVC cement because it will create a permanent bond. If you make a mistake or need to clean the manifold later you will not be able to dissemble the manifold. If needed, a thin layer of food grade silicon sealant is the best option and will allow you to take it apart in the future.
*tip: If you ever need to take apart PVC pipe and fittings that are stuck together tightly you can use a towel and two channel lock or large pliers. The towel is used to protect the surface of the pipe from damage. Use the pliers to twist and pull the PVC pieces apart.
